underwhelming stay with street noise

I found the room to be quite noisy at night. It was hard to sleep with the street sounds. there was no way to fully block out the light either, since the curtains didn't quite cover the windows. also, the promised kitchenette was pretty basic. it only had a small fridge and microwave. Don't expect to cook anything complicated there. i found, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

the air conditioning did not work, and i could not adjust the temperature. the hotel team failed to resolve this, only offering generic apologies. the location is not as central as advertised, requiring a 15-20 minute walk to more desirable areas.

The hotel is stylish. i liked the electronic key. I did not need a physical key. my room was big. the facilities were great. i found an instax camera to take photos on my trip.

the air conditioning made loud noises. i was told to turn it off then on again. the air conditioning did not work. i ended up in a very hot room and could not sleep.
